RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned and we will clearly indicate ‘No Returns’ during purchase and checkout.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no refunds and no exchange are granted: (if applicable)
* Bedsheet, bathrobe, towels, blankets, rugs, duvets, quilt covers etc., with obvious signs of use
* Bedsheet, bathrobe, towels, blankets, rugs, duvets, quilt covers etc., that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Applicable Returns and possible Exchange (but no refunds):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will offer the several exchangeable items that must be similar and of the same value with your returned item(s) and once you make a choice we will process your return, and if your new choice exceeds the value of returned item(s) you will be billed for the excess.
Late or missing exchange of returned item(s): (if applicable)
If you haven’t received the exchange for your returned yet, first check your delivery tracking with shipping Agent through the tracking reference we provide.
Then call directly the Shipping Agent, it may be a delayed delivery and the Agent is obliged to respond to your queries.

Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be accepted back after purchase and delivery. For that reason, we will be very thorough in describing the items on sales, including the exact condition and sizes and if accepted and purchased then no returns.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or sizes described on item are not the exact. Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will the exchange to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange for returned item(s), the cost of return shipping will be billed to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AED200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We have fulfilment partners that can deliver to any part of the UAE and once you choose and pay for product on our platform you will be prompted to see all the delivery options available. Shipping to other GCC countries also available and charges and rates can be presented.
